SMARTdesks, Inc. warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship. SMARTdesks, Inc. products carries a limited lifetime warranty if used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. Damages as a result of the carrier other than the seller, misuse, customer modification, normal wear and tear, improper or incomplete assembly or maintenance or acts of God are not covered. This warranty is made by SMARTdesks, Inc. to the original purchaser only for as long as the original purchaser owns and uses the product. SMARTdesks, Inc. assumes no responsibility for repairs to products sustaining damages from user modification, attachments to a product, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence.

Except as expressly stated SMARTdesks, Inc. disclaims any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No person is authorized to assume for SMARTdesks, Inc. any other liability in connection with the sale of this product.

In no event shall SMARTdesks, Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the merchandise purchased.

SMARTdesks, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and repair or replace components and without charge to the buyer, at our option or SMARTdesks, Inc. may elect to allow a credit up to the invoice purchase price of the product.

Exceptions - Instructional accessories, electrical components, certain hardware and any other third party materials applied to our products may be covered under separate agreement.
