Q. How do I place an order with a SMARTdesks, Inc. company?
A. You may begin the order process by requesting a quote or design. We will get back to you as soon as we can with a final delivered price quote, estimated delivery date and costs for add-on services such as inside delivery and set-up.

Q. Do you have a printed Catalog?
A. All of our printed material is available in electronic format on line for immediate download. We generally do not keep literature in stock because specifications change as needed to keep pace with changes in technology. Feel free to download and print what you need.

Q. How do I obtain material samples to make my final finish selection?
A. Use the form on the finishes or fabrics pages in each section to request samples. In most cases, the finish vendor has a sampling system in place and they will ship the samples directly to you.

Q. Do you offer space planning and design services?
A. As a part of our total service commitment, the design studio offers free layout assistance using our products for your conference room and classroom projects. In addition, we offer both custom product design and development, and planning services. Please visit the SMARTdesks Design Studio to learn more about our services.

Q. What if my purchase must comply with regulations that stipulate the products must be "Made in the USA"?
A. Our training furniture products, desks, conference tables, podiums and LEVEL™ mechanisms are manufactured in the USA. Some accessory items we supply may be manufactured outside of the USA. For example, we supply seating products, and some of these may be manufactured outside of the USA. If your purchases must comply with regulations that stipulate the product must be made in the USA, we can supply verification that the country of origin is the USA, or provide product substitutes which comply at a specifically quoted price.

Q. Can I purchase SMARTdesks from my local dealer?
A. Our products are openly available to qualified dealers at standard trade discount from our published price list. Dealers may provide "Value-Added" services such as set-up and local inside delivery and, in many cases, are a better choice for some institutions. No matter how you wish to purchase our products, however, we prefer to communicate directly with you during the planning process in order to provide the highest level of service and collaborative design.
